Start with the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple, a vast complex of temples, pylons, and sanctuaries built over centuries by different pharaohs. Walk through the famous Hypostyle Hall with its towering columns and intricate carvings.

Continue to the elegant Luxor Temple, beautifully situated along the Nile and connected to Karnak by the historic Avenue of Sphinxes.

Return to your Dahabiya for dinner and an overnight stay in Luxor.

Day 2: West Bank Exploration – Sailing to Esna & Edfu

After breakfast, cross to Luxor’s West Bank, the ancient land of the dead. Begin your visit at the legendary Valley of the Kings, home to the tombs of Egypt’s most powerful pharaohs, including Tutankhamun.

Continue to the magnificent Temple of Hatshepsut, a unique terraced temple built into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari, reflecting the power of Egypt’s most famous female ruler.

Stop for photos at the towering Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues guarding the Theban necropolis.

Return to your Dahabiya and begin sailing toward Esna. After crossing the Esna Lock, continue your peaceful journey toward Edfu. Enjoy lunch onboard while taking in the serene Nile scenery. Dinner and overnight onboard.

Day 3: Edfu & Kom Ombo Visits

Return to the Dahabiya and continue sailing south. Relax on deck as you pass lush farmland and quiet villages along the Nile.

In the afternoon, visit the fascinating Kom Ombo Temple, uniquely dedicated to two gods—Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus the Elder. Explore its symmetrical layout and ancient carvings, including early medical instruments.

Return to the Dahabiya and continue sailing toward Aswan. Dinner and overnight onboard.
